Other updates of construction work in TMA service area include:

• Willow Road bridge is currently being widened and rebuilt. Three thru lanes were opened in late 2007 and widening work is expected to be completed by mid 2008.

• Lake Cook Road bridge traffic over the Tollway will be reduced to two lanes in each direction(from three lanes) from Wilmot Rd to just west of the Tollway bridge ramps east of Sanders. Off peak lane reductions are in progress and aforementioned lane reductions and lane shifting will occur in early February weather permitting. Northbound Wilmot Rd will also be closed for several weeks for a water main relocation.

• Route 22 Tollway bridge widening work is expected to start in fall/late 2008.

• Route 60 Tollway bridge work is proceeding. IDOT is planning to stage all traffic on the southern half of IL 60 per the stage 1 plan starting January 28 weather permitting. During this stage, there will be one lane in each direction on IL 60 with left turn and right turn lanes throughout. IDOT will use this configuration to completely rebuild the north half of IL 60. In stage 2 expected in May/June 2008. IDOT will have two lanes of traffic in each direction with left and right turn lanes. Upon completion in December 2008, all traffic lanes will be open with landscaping work etc to be completed by mid 2009. Conway Park has also constructed an access road north of the park via the Lake Forest Oasis to the northbound Tri-State.
